Legendary Games
Legendary Games is joining the growing list of publishers that are supporting Shard Tabletop. They offer a wide variety of game supplements for 5th edition and will have titles available in the marketplace at launch.
To celebrate our partnership Legendary Games is giving away a preview of their Sea Monsters book.
Custom Pact Boons
We released a content update to the Shard Player’s Guide this morning that makes Warlock Pact Boons a custom type. This change was made to allow additions, extensions, and replacements to the list of pact boons available from various otherworldly patrons.
Existing Warlock characters will need to reselect their pact boon from the level dialog. Pick Level Options will appear at the top of your character sheet. Just click on that, scroll to level 3, and click the new Pick Warlock Pact Boons button.

Crafty DM joins up
Like many others, early 2020 brought Chris Burson to a crossroads. The pandemic brought early retirement and threatened his tabletop game nights. He took his games online and discovered a new passion for map making. The Crafty DM was born.
Marketplace Phase I
Phase I of the Shard Tabletop Marketplace just went live a few minutes ago. In this phase, the only content is the free content. Deploying this early version will allow users to give us feedback on the search, filtering, product detail pages, navigation, etc. before we enable the full purchase experience later this month.

MikWewa joins up
It’s my pleasure to announce that the talented duo of Mikey and Wewa has joined the Shard creator community. To announce their arrival, they put together a map pack contains 33 beautiful maps covering the range of different map types they provide.

National Parks as Adventure Settings
Last week, John Lemay reached out to me about this incredibly cool concept he’s developing to create 5th edition fantasy adventure settings inspired by the U.S. National Parks. I was hooked the moment I read his pitch, so I asked him if he was interested in bringing the concept to life on Shard Tabletop. Within 24 hours, he had the prototype based on the The Badlands he’s been working on setup and packaged for Shard. Today, we are offering that module free to all Shard users.

Wagadu!
We are pleased to announce that the Wagadu Chronicles are now available on the Shard Tabletop. Wagadu is an Afrofantasy setting by Twin Drums. It incorporates many African cultural elements into a unique fantasy setting that plays out in the afterlife.
Thanks to Shard community member Jennifer Leigh, a faithful conversion of this setting is now available on Shard, beginning with the Player’s Guide and a Gamemaster’s Guide to running adventures. Both of these books are free. More adventure content will follow.
More and Less Sharing
Today’s release makes it easier for players to use all of the character options (classes, races, backgrounds, …) they own or create when playing in any campaign and easier for gamemasters to keep their unique monsters and magic items a secret.

The Magic of Mardi Gras!
Just in time for Fat Tuesday, we are releasing a free Mardi Gras themed adventure from our favorite Cajuns, the Fates.
Discover the history of Mardi Gras and learn to pronounce a few words the Cajun way. This adventure is a blast. It even comes with a five pre-generated characters that fit the theme of the adventure. Gather your team and set off as Sho Nuff, the intrepid leader of this motley band.

Nord Games!!
Nord Games is joining the party and they are bringing traps and monsters galore. We are so happy to announce the addition of another top 5th edition publisher to our Kickstarter roster. The axe wielders at Nord are fantastic.
