Enable Extensions

Extensions allow modifications to the Shard Character Sheet. A wide variety of the materials in the Shard Marketplace use extensions to implement new behaviors, add skills, add languages, and more. For a full look at creating extensions check here. This article explains how to enable them on an individual character sheet or at the campaign level.

Character Sheet

To enable extensions on your individual character outside of a campaign:

1. Open the character sheet.

2. Click on the character name to bring up the options menu.

3. Choose Select Extensions.

4. Browse the available extensions and check any that are desired.

5. Choose Save.

When you return to the character sheet, the extensions will be shown.

Campaign

To enable extensions for all characters in the campaign:

1. Open the campaign. Note: you must be the GM to enable extensions on a campaign.

2. Click on the campaign name or the gear icon next to the campaign name.

3. From the menu, select Settings.

4. On the Settings dialog, choose Select Extensions.

5. Browse the available extensions and check any that are desired.

6. Choose Save.

The select extensions will be visible for all the characters in the campaign.
