TIP: Different Monster Tokens

When creating encounters there are times where you don’t want to use the default art for a token or just want to vary the art across many instances of a single monster type. Don’t worry it’s easy to change the tokens.

When adding monsters to an encounter look for the SELECT TOKENS checkbox. Clicking the SELECT TOKENS checkbox will allow you to decide which tokens to use for the monster before the monsters are added to the encounter.

If the SELECT TOKENS checkbox is clicked then you will see the Select Tokens dialog after you click ADD MONSTERS. Any tokens on the monster will be shown, and you can pick any other token by clicking the +. If more than one image is selected then the tokens will be selected at random for each monster added, making it easy to add a group of monsters that have varying tokens.
